Use this Strategy Sheet to record your deadlift strength performance when building your Strategy Guide.  Strength Training involves heavier weights at slower speeds.  It’s usually best to follow up any Strength Training with an off day.  If you are golfing the same day, try to golf prior to any Strength Training workout.
