‘C’ – Speed Day Physical Training Strategy
In Season Golf Workouts and Training Strategy
During your season, perform speed training exercises at least once a week, but no more than 2 or 3 depending on your length of workout. If you can, opt for a Speed Workout following an un recorded 9 hole practice round, or at least 4 hours before a late night On Course Training Workout.
