Off Season Workouts and Training Strategy for Competitive Golfers


Experimental Training Days are designed to mix things up in your training strategy.  Once per week, try to perform an activity other than your usual training workouts, such as indoor rock climbing.  The goal here is to utilize muscles that your strategy may have underserved as not vital to core golf fitness.  Differentiating your routine in the off season just a bit will keep you motivated.  It’s also a great time to try something you’ve always wanted to do.

Workouts can be just about anything. Replace your strength or speed day for the week if you need to.  Choose from the list below or any different type of physical training workout for your (G) Experimental days.
