‘F’ – Speed Day Physical Training Strategy

Off Season Golf Workouts and Training Strategy

During your off season, perform speed training exercises 2-3 days/week depending on the length of workout and your goals.  If you can, opt for a Speed Workout on practice rounds or when stuck indoors.

Note Speed Days are (F) for Off Season, and (C) for In Season.  You may want to choose new or different main core speed workouts listed below.
