Off Season Golf Workouts and Training Strategy
During your off season, perform strength training exercises anywhere from 1 – 3 times a week depending on your goals. Strength Days should be performed, preferably, two days before any recorded round or a (A) Game Day to give your muscles plenty of time to recover before the score counts.
The purpose of physical conditioning on a strength day is to maintain or increase your core strength.
